HOLY WATER PURIFICATION
An authentic Balinese cleansing ritual at one of Ubud’s most sacred water temples. This Water Purification Ceremony is more than just a cultural experience—it’s a powerful spiritual practice believed to cleanse the mind, body, and soul from negative energies and restore inner balance and well-being.
Your journey begins with the preparation of a Canang Sari—a traditional Balinese offering made from handwoven palm leaves and fresh, colorful flowers. This sacred offering will accompany you to the holy springs.
Once ready, a private car will take you to one of two revered purification sites:
- Tirta Empul (Tampaksiring) – renowned for its ancient temple and flowing holy waters
Upon arrival, you’ll be guided by our friendly activities attendant through each step of the purification ritual. Dressed in a traditional Balinese sarong, and with incense offerings in hand, you’ll bathe in the cool, holy waters believed to bring peace, clarity, and healing.
